Each month, our talented chefs will bring you on a journey, exploring new recipes from a new destination and producing a mouth-watering set menu for you to cook at home, all inspired by the authentic flavours, aromas, and spices of Southeast Asia.

Our monthly experience menus will be prepared by hand and elevated by the best that Scotland has to offer from farm, field & sea. Our chefs produce each dish from scratch from our fragrant Thai curry pastes to our own hand-made coconut cream.

Our 4-course menu is created especially to be prepared at home and includes everything you need to replicate the Mamasan experience; from easy to follow instructions and a specially curated cocktail designed to complement your meal.

One Night In... by Mamasan... 

...experience boxes will be made fresh to order. Simply pick your preferred date and collect from store or, should you live within our radius then relax and allow us to deliver to you.

We can deliver to anywhere within 10 miles of our Glasgow venue and 5 miles of Edinburgh city centre.
